Yoga Therapy for the Mind 8 Week Course: insights from students

I’m often asked to explain how it is to attend the Yoga Therapy for the Mind 8 week course so I thought what better way to answer this than sharing some insight from students who have already completed the course – they’re the best placed! So here’s a little vid of some recent feedback form the last course I taught which was in April 2023, all the students were happy for me to share their feedback.

The 8 week course is focused on teaching students ways to understand their psychological experience in the context of nervous system activity. Students learn a range of different yoga and mindfulness practices along with an understanding of the effects that these practices have on the nervous system. They're able to experience how to use them to provide calm in states of anxiety and provide energy and lift in states of depressed mood and lethargy.
