The 8 week course is focused on teaching students ways to understand their psychological experience in the context of nervous system activity. Students learn a range of different yoga and mindfulness practices along with an understanding of the effects that these practices have on the nervous system. They're able to experience how to use them to provide calm in states of anxiety and provide energy and lift in states of depressed mood and lethargy.
